All exchange charges, if any defect in the first exchange attempt, will be the responsibility of Bananaz Brazil. In other requests for exchange being by size of the same order, a new freight charge will be made to the requester.

Exchange Procedure

1. Contact our Relationship Center at bananazbrazil@hotmail.com. Via e-mail inform the reason for the exchange, order number, reference of the product you want to exchange and the new product, as well as color and size, when applicable.

2. The choice must be limited to the limit value of the product. If there is a difference in price, payment of the difference must be made by deposit in a current account. If there is a return of values, the exchange can only be made by the order holder, in the account of the purchase holder.

3. If the product is new and has no defects, the customer has up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to be able to replace it.

4. The product must be presented in the same condition in which it was received / purchased (in the original packaging, without signs of use and containing all accessories).

5. The item to be returned must be posted by the customer through the MAIL (EMS) service and which takes between 15 - 20 working days to arrive here in Brazil, after receipt we will send you a new exchange product. return, the product must be in the original packaging or brown paper, so that its box or packaging is not damaged.

6. All sales, discount or outlet products are final sales, no exchange or return.
